Get started with MyHealthHome

There are two ways to create your account:

  • Enrollment invitation: Freeman Health System sends an email to the address you provided at hospital registration. Follow the instructions in that message.
  • Self-enrollment: If you did not provide an email address, you can still begin enrollment online.

Yes. Access MyHealthHome from the hospital website or download MyHealthHome – Oracle Health from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Sign in as you would on a computer or tablet.

Freeman Health System also supports Health Records on iPhone, which brings available medical data from multiple providers into the Apple Health app. Learn about Health Records on iPhone

You can electronically access most recent hospital records, including laboratory results, radiology reports and physician reports, depending on their source and when they were created. If you cannot find a record, contact the Release of Information department at your local hospital or request medical records online.

Request medical records

To grant a caregiver, guardian, trusted family member or friend access to your MyHealthHome account, set up caregiver access during registration. If you are no longer at the hospital, call the hospital’s primary phone number for assistance.
