Recognizing Caregivers Who Make a Difference
The Sunflower Award exists to highlight moments of extraordinary impact created by our caregivers. A caregiver is any Freeman employee who serves patients before, during, or after their visit—techs, housekeepers, and admissions representatives, among others. The recipients of this award demonstrate a commitment to exceptional patient care and service. Nominations are received from patients, visitors, coworkers, and volunteers. A selection committee will choose a winner each month who best embodies the spirit of the Sunflower Award.
